WHO AM I?
I am a client-centered counselor who uses a variety of counseling techniques to help clients navigate treatment. Some of the counseling skills that will be focused on are motivational interviewing, Screening and assessment tools that focus on dynamic risk factors, Cognitive-Behavioral Approaches, Skill Training with Directed Practices, and components of positive psychology.
